Not in the Yunger home! We keep the candy in the top cabinet in the kitchen- high enough that I even need a stool to reach it! But my kids are quite innovative- "when there's a will, there's a way!"- they push a chair next to the counter, then put a stool or kid chair on the counter, and climb up! Here's a pic of Bruria trying to scurry away as fast as she can, since she sees Mommy coming to stop her!
