Bruria's new hairstyle

Well I've tried to fix up Bruria's hair the best I can- the bangs are not quite even and noticeably thicker on one side than on the other, but I don't want to cut too much off or it will take even longer to grow back in. If I put her hair into two high ponytails, then the "layers" on the side of her head fit in the pony...so B"H its not so bad. The bang look is even starting to grow on me- she looks kind of cute...except that when she wakes up in the morning they are a huge mess, sticking up all over!


And after reading all your comments, I just wanted to clarify a few points:

• Mommy- The scissors were NOT laying around- Bruria pulled them out of the drawer! It seems like NOTHING in this house is "out of the reach of children" unless its hanging from the ceiling (and even then, they try to bang the ceiling fan with a broomstick!)


• Ruthie- "her genes taught her" - it wasn't me who cut my hair when I was little...it was a friend of mine who will go unnamed! (but that was much worse...she practically scalped me, so Mommy had to give me an awful boy haircut...so I should be happy that all Bruria did was give herself some bangs!)


• Mrs. Feldman- oy vey! Please don't tell me that! I thought that now I was "yotzei"!


• I loved the poems! This was really fun! Thank you (?!) Bruria for giving us all a good laugh!
