Getting dressed by yourself

Our mornings are quite hectic, ka"h, with 4 kids to dress and feed -so I figured its high time that Yisrael and Bruria start getting dressed by themselves (I pick out the clothes for them)....the only problem is that they have absolutely NO interest in getting dressed in the morning (they'd love to lounge around in PJ's all day!).....it seems that the only one who wants to get dressed by himself is not quite capable yet!
