Bruria is really very sweet to her baby brother (see previous post about the baby cereal)- she comforts him when he cries, and she shares her food with him (she can't understand why I always take the pretzels away from him!).
EXCEPT when there is a conflict of interest.
One night, I was putting her to sleep and I sat down in the rocking chair to nurse Azriel Shraga. She finished her bottle and asked for more. I told her that I was nursing the baby, but as soon as he finished, I would give her more. She promptly got out of bed, came over to me, and pulled him away, and said "Baby finis!"
I guess you can't expect her to be completely selfless...she isn't even two years old!
