I think we all did this as kids...

Bruria's water spilled by accident, but once Yisrael saw that I pulled out the camera, he also wanted to perform (that's him in the background saying "Now me!")- so he poured his water on the table too, hoping I'd take a video of him also!

Let's not forget Naftali!

I know that the babies don't get as much mention in my blog (Azriel Shraga didn't make too many headlines until recently, when his trouble-making abilities began to develop!) - but I just wanted to let you know that Naftali is the cutest baby on the face of the universe (I know that those of you with children/grandchildren/nieces, etc. of your own may beg to differ... )

Happy Un-Birthday

The teachers in Yisrael's cheder make birthday parties for the kids- they do it for three boys at a time- the birthday boys come to Cheder dressed in Shabbos clothes, and they give out treats, and they get a present! It is really nice, except that they don't do it on their birthday- so of course, poor Yisrael was so confused- he knows that his brithday comes after Sukkos, and since Sukkos hasn't come again, he couldn't understand HOW it could possibly be his birthday! So the only explanation I could think of was, "Today is your Arba V'Reva birthday!"

Towel Fun

Yesterday after the bath, I wrapped the kids' towels around their heads, turban-style, and they thought it was the most hysterical thing ever! They were jumping in their beds (of course the towels kept falling!) and then Yisrael told me, "Mommy, go get your camera!"

Family Tree

I'm working on compiling a family tree (Daddy got me on the case). I have sent out some invitations for you to add your info to the tree; if I haven't sent you one, please email me and I can send you an invitation too.

I don't have time to add all the nieces/nephews, cousins, aunts, spouses, etc. so if you can help me with that, that would be great. (Hebrew names, please!)

I also need help with adding the past generations - whatever information you know would be a great help!

My Banana Monster

Azriel Shraga is a MAJOR banana monster- he can't seem to get enough! He especially loves to peel as many as he can before I stop him- this morning he managed to peel FIVE bananas before I realized- boy was he proud of himself! (I should have learned my lesson by now and kept the bananas out of his reach- this is not the first time this has happened...)

My kids dont make trouble ?!?!?

Apparently, two of my sisters (who shall remain nameless) recently had a conversation about how my kids don't make trouble the way another child (who shall also remain nameless) does!

Well, I just want to inform them that they are COMPLETELY mistaken....
